1 Introduction and Acceptance

jitaice is an online casino and betting platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a variety of games and betting services including slots, dice, European blackjack, and cricket betting.

You may use this platform if:

3 Age Verification

The jitaice platform strictly follows a 21+ age policy. By registering an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. We may at any time request a government-recognised identity document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) for age verification purposes.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until age verification is completed. Providing false age information will result in immediate account closure and full forfeiture of the associated balance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at jitaice is ৳500 (by any payment method). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 General Rules for Deposits and Withdrawals

• All transactions are recorded according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means withdrawals can only be made after completing betting equal to 25 times the bonus amount. A time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirement; if it is not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets with an undetermined outcome due to a technical error will be considered void.
• In live sports betting, markets may close after an event has started.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set according to the rules of each individual game.

6.2 Live Casino

In live dealer games (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), the dealer's decision is final and cannot be changed. If the connection is lost, the game automatically remains in its last valid state.

7 VIP Program

• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitaice platform:

• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
